It went too smooth Alhumdulilah, my time was 8:30 but they interviewed me around 11:15am but it was hardly 10 to 15 minutes long, they asked point to point questions!

The interview was scheduled for 730am. I arrive around 650am directly to the Embassy and was asked by the guard to wait until 705am. After that I went inside where they took my passport, 2 passport photos and wedding certificate and asked if I would interview in English or Urdu. I was then called to a different counter where they took my fingerprints. After a short wait I was called to another counter where they did my interview. They asked for pictures and asked me to identify different people in the wedding party. I was asked questions about my husband's employment, place of birth and citizenship status, living arrangements, how we met, dates of our engagement and wedding. The interview took about 10-15 minutes and the entire process took right about 1 hour. Everyone inside was very polite.

Approved my husband at the time of interview. And then dragged it out for a year and half until we filed a writ of mandamus.

My interview was on 10th of August, nd I opt for English language.
Questions asked were very basic, nd the person who took my interview was really nice. So overall experience was really good with consulate. My visa got approved at the same day, and now I am in states with my husband. ALHAMDULILLAH
